We've updated our Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in our operations and provide greater transparency. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
Trader Conduct and Restrictions
- Prohibition of gambling practices: banned "all‑in" trading, excessive leverage, and trading resembling gambling activities.
- Definitions updated for excessive risk‑taking and penalties for violations.
- Copy trading allowed only if the trader owns all accounts involved.
- Group trading, use of signal services, and coordinated trades across accounts or firms are prohibited.
- Reverse trades within a single account are allowed; hedging across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
Account Management Updates
- Evaluation limits: limited to one evaluation per account size and plan type, regardless of platform. 1, 2 & 3 Step plans are distinct plan types.
- Maximum evaluation limit set at $1 million in active plans per trader.
- Corporate vs individual: individuals under a corporate entity cannot hold a personal account simultaneously without prior approval.
Trading Fees and Costs
- Commissions and overnight swap rates may apply based on liquidity providers and are subject to adjustment.
- Aggregated liquidity sources are used to provide competitive pricing and execution.
Margin Policy
- Tiered margin requirements may be implemented without prior notice.
Prohibited Trading Activities
- Expanded scope of prohibited strategies includes exploiting platform errors and insider trading.
- Restrictions around trades placed near major News Events with clarified enforcement.
