1. Trader Conduct and Restrictions

• Prohibition of Gambling Practices:
  • Explicitly banned "all-in" trading, excessive leverage, and trading resembling gambling activities.
  • Added definitions for excessive risk-taking and the penalties for violations.
• Copy Trading and Group Hedging Restrictions:
  • Clarified that copy trading is allowed only if the trader owns all accounts involved.
  • Prohibited group trading, use of signal services, and coordinated trades across accounts or firms.
  • Specified that reverse trades within a single account are allowed but hedging across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

2. Account Management Updates

• Evaluation Limits:
  • Traders are limited to one evaluation per account size and plan type, regardless of platform.  1, 2 & 3 Step plans are considered discreet plan types.
  • Maximum evaluation limit set at $1 million in active plans per trader.
• Corporate and Individual Accounts:
  • Prohibit individuals registered under a corporate entity from holding a personal account simultaneously without prior approval.

3. Trading Fees and Costs

• Commissions and Swap Rates:
  • Introduced information about commission charges and overnight swap rates based on liquidity providers.
  • Noted that these rates are subject to periodic adjustments.
• Liquidity Providers:
  • Described the use of aggregated liquidity sources to ensure competitive pricing and execution.

4. Margin Policy

• Tiered Margin Requirements:
  • Reserved the right to implement variable margin requirements without prior notice.

5. Updates to Prohibited Trading Activities

• Expanded Scope of Prohibited Trading:
  • Updated list of prohibited strategies, including exploiting platform errors and insider trading.
  • Added clauses on trades placed near News Events with clarified enforcement.

6. Responsibility for Updating Links and References

As part of our recent updates to the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs), it is critical that all clients ensure their records, systems, and communications accurately reflect the current version of our T&Cs. This includes:
